Rooms feature MAXHUB 4K interactive displays (typically 65″–86″) with touch, annotation and integrated video conferencing capability, while larger spaces use 98″ MAXHUB displays for high‑impact presentations. For exact specifications per room, please speak to the events team.

Are the rooms suitable for hybrid meetings?

Yes. Selected rooms include professional Huddly cameras, ceiling microphones for whole‑room pickup, and Sennheiser wireless microphones for presenters, supporting hybrid calls on platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Webex.

Is the system easy to use?

Yes. Rooms support simple plug‑and‑play connectivity (BYOM – Bring Your Own Meeting), so you can run sessions directly from your laptop.

Is the audio suitable for presentations?

Yes. Rooms include clear, presentation‑friendly audio. Selected spaces offer enhanced solutions including Sonance in‑ceiling speakers powered by Yamaha and Blaze amplification for larger groups or hybrid sessions.

Do your larger rooms have extra AV capability?

Yes. Larger Work + Play spaces use additional infrastructure, such as 98″ MAXHUB displays and an IP‑based Wyrestorm video matrix when rooms are joined, helping keep visuals crisp and routing smooth. The events team can recommend the best option for your agenda.

Yes. Menus are available via the Work + Play hub and include options for breakfasts, working lunches and breaks.
