Sora has arrived
A fresh wave of flavour has arrived at Malmaison Brighton.
Chez Mal Brighton has been transformed for the summer as Sora steps in for a limited‑time pop‑up, bringing its exclusive Japanese restaurant, sushi and cocktail bar experience to the marina.
From 20th May until the end of August, enjoy Sora’s signature sushi, robatayaki grills and vibrant sharing plates, all served in our stylish marina‑side setting.
Bookings are now open, and we can’t wait to welcome you.
Please note: Sora menus will replace Chez Mal menus until the end of August.
